I downloaded one song from Napster and one from Spiral Frog. They
downloaded sucessfully and are in my library. When I go to play the songs I get Error code, an unknown audio error has occurred (C00D11B1). I dont understand why I am getting this and how to fix it so I can make these songs work. Please understand I am a novice at even using the computer. Thank you for any help. Vicki |
