This is such a weird issue I have no idea how search forums for it. I woke up
this morning and found out I couldn't access any webpage. Ok, so I did the usual drill, command prompt and ping. Router responded. Tried a known webpage IP. It responded. Tried to ping a webpage. IT RESPONDED! Then I tried firefox, internet explorer, safari, filezilla, every single application that access the internet was being forbidden to do it. I disabled firewall, no use. Tried to renew connection, repair it, no use.. When i rebooted it went back to normal, but does anyone have any idea what happened? |

Oh yes, forgot to mention. I also tried to access my own IP's shares by
typing \\myipnumber. It also didn't work. I also couldnt access the shares of the people on my network. When i rebooted it started working fine once again, so it was not just internet, but also LAN "Arthur" wrote: This is such a weird issue I have no idea how search forums for it. I'm not the original poster, but I developed the same problem today. I did the clean boot and am having the same problem. I can ping sites, but when I try to visit them, I get a forbidden error. I can access the computers on my network, and the other computers can access websites. "Robert L. (MS-MVP)" wrote: It could be 3dr party software running.
