It usually means that you don't have the correct printer drivers installed,
but since you didn't provide any details about your computer, printer,
history of the machine, your network, etc. - that's as specific as I can
get.

First I suggest that you make sure that you have the latest BIOS for your
Motherboard.
Second I suggest that you try downgrading to 2GB of memory and see if you
still have problems.
Also the following KB article may be relevant.

Are you running the RTM or SP1 release of Vista Ultimate 64?

Reply to out of MEMORY . . . I'm running with vista ultimate and sp1.
with on a GA-MA78GM-S2H mother board. I'm trying to connect to Minolta
Konica color laser printers. The print drivers are in the download
folder.

What do you mean "print drivers are in the download folder"? You have to
*install* them. Just leaving them in the download folder does nothing.

What I mean is the print drivers accessable on the computer, execpt that
the Vista message "Windows cannot connect to the printer. There is not
enough memory to complete this operation. Please close some programs
and try again." comes up when I'm trying to install the drivers. Should
the drivers be in a special place before I try to "Ad a printer"
