Default RSAT - Run as a different user

Until recently I've kept a (virtual) XP box around to run adminpak.msi's
tools. With Vista SP1+RSAT, and our soon-to-be-live 2008 servers, I was
hoping to ditch the XP VM.

My goal is to be able to admin the server using my domain-admin account
while staying logged in to my PC without a user account that lacks
domain admin rights -- In XP it was easy to launch a process from
another set of credentials, but in Vista I only seem to be able to
elevate using my own credentials. Am I missing something obvious, or do
I need to do a full change user over to the domain main mailbox?
