Default Routing and remote access service can't start

Hello,
I 'm trying to set up vpn connexion between Windows xp (client) and Windows
Vista Ultimate ( server), but when I try to set up Incoming connexion in
Vista Routing and remote access service can't start.
Does anyone can help me?

Do you have 3rd party security software like Cisco VPN?

Hi, no any 3rd party securtity software.
Only Windows Firewall is enable.

Any errors in the event viewer when you try to start it?

Hi, there is the following error message in event viewer: Routing and remote
access stopped. Specific service error 3 (0X3)
ID event: 7024
