I dont think that rounding down to the lowest component is correct, because i
have the same amount of ram as Len, and my other components dont rank as high as his, and my total performance rating was 3... "Mark D. In your case, this is your installed RAM which is rated a 1.8, and thus rounded down to 1. It is the "weakest link theory" and not a system average. "Len Norton" wrote in message ... I get the following values for my Performance Ratings - Processor - 3.1 Memory - 1.8 (1 GB) Hard Disk - 3.8 Graphics - 5.9 Gaming Graphics - 5.8 But only an overall rating of 1.0 Why? Regards, Len |

Im not at home right now so i cant check, but i would imagine it would be a
1.8 for the ram, since i have a gig just like Len... it is lower end ram too so i cant imagine it would be rated any higher than his. "Mark D. It doesn't only use the amount of RAM to rate the RAM, it also uses the
speed of the RAM. I have "only" one gigabyte of RAM and my RAM is rated at 4.5. Mic "Joe" wrote in message ...
