The progress“taskmgr.exe”takes up the high CPU utilization rate?
There was no any problem when I entered the windows vista 5600 the first
time, using the account of "Administrator",but about five minute later ,the progress "taskmge.exe "takes up the CPU utilization rate about 80%～90%. All my drives came from the windows vista 5600.And installed all right
