I have developed a complex web site and would like to have one mp3 (or other
type) piece play throughout the various pages of the site without restarting the music anew when the page changes. Is this possible? If so, how? -- Ralph |

It's possible to embed sounds into a website. Not sure what website builder you are using but a quick google search for embedding sounds into website using HTML is reletively straight forward. There are also free java scripts available so that you also give your potential clients an option to turn off the music because I can assure you 99% of people would start getting annoyed with the same track playing over and over again. so it better be the most amazing piece of music ever! ![]() This is nor a Vista issue though... -- Clevo |

I have no problem embedding sound in each page. My problem is that the sound
starts from square 1 when you transfer between pages. I would like sound that is constant throiughout the site, i.e., it doesn't start from the beginning with each successive link. The sound is modulated low, the user has the option of terminating it, and its a very classy melody. -- Ralph "Clevo" wrote: It's possible to embed sounds into a website. How would the player know where they're at? =) Use frames and have the player be in a second frame that doesn't move/change. =\ -- Speaking for myself only. See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. -- "Ralph" wrote in message ...
