Default Can't access (even shared folder on) another home PC

I am trying to access my old computer from my new one. Old is XP HE new is
Vista HP. I would like to ideally access everything on the PC. At the moment
I can't even access the shared folder.

I get a message SharedDocs is available but the user account that you are
logged on with was denied access.

I am using the same username and password on both computers.

How can I set them up so I can access everything on the old fromk the new
PC?

Is the SharedDocs in an external hard drive? Also check the permission in
the Security tab.

No it's an internal.

Not sure what you mean by Security tab - can't find that. Under properties
sharing I have it set for allowing all users on the network to access and
write. Ther is the blue hand showing under the folder.

How can I make this and all the PC accessible?
