When ever I try and sleep Vista it cause BSOD, I have reverted to XP SP2 and
no problems with sleep or hibenate. I have logged a bug, and this has happened with all builds I have used from Beta 2 to 5728... I have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS4 Socket T (LGA775) Motherboard (Intel P965 chipset) with CORE 2 duo, ATI X1600 PCIe card, Hauppage 500MCE card, 2gb DDR2 800, 500GB SATA2 (AHCI native mode), Netgear WG311T net card. The system BIOS ACPI setting is STR3, once I select sleep the system starts sleep process then briefly display BSOD with INETERNAL POWER FAILURE message then reboots. HELP!!! Gavin. |
