Default Random freezes, where can I get the list “why and what driver did it”

So, I am using the post RC1 build, it looks and works beautiful, I just love
the new Vista, but unfortunately, it randomly freezes.

I think it is ok for a beta OS, I have also installed tons of unsupported
software and drivers, but my question is, where can I get a list of which
driver takes the system down?

I want to disable the code or the service that is randomly freezing my
machine, but I can’t find any list or message or error log that tells me
what just happened.

Any ideas?

When once a computer totally freezes, a log entry can no longer be written -
therefore you get no record of the event.

You are pretty much on your own to begin uninstalling items, one at a time,
to see which one is causing the problem. Any device driver can cause this to
happen but the major culprits seem to be video drivers and old chipset
drivers.
