Default Sharing Database via SQL Server 2005 - Vista Home Premium

We have two pc's at work that I am trying to share a database on. The
database is located on my machine and the other is trying to access it but we
get a SQL Server error message. Unfortunately the other PC is not available
to copy the error msg, but I can this afternoon or monday if it will be more
helpful (which it probably will).

I am using a program called RoofLogic that runs with sql server, and that is
what is trying to access the database on my machine. The tech guys at
RoofLogic have everything set up correctly and say it should be able to
access it. Ive gone thru sql server and made sure the allow to connect
remotely was enabled.

They are saying it is my PC that is blocking it. I have everything enabled
and unprotected for sharing, the only thing I have not tried is to uninstall
symantec, which Id rather not do.

Thanks in advance for anyone that has any knowledge of this problem.
