Default Can't see Local Printeron Remote Desktop

I am running Vista Business and am connecting to a server running Small
Business Seerver 2003. I have a local area network with printers directly
attached to network computers via USB. Remote Desktop does not recognize my
local printers nor does it recognize any other printers on the network. I
have followed procedure when connecting and selected the option to make local
printers available. A friend has the same setup running XP and his printers
are available. Any help will be appreciated

None. My network is peer to peer and I am experiencing the same problem on
the other Vista computer on the network. I also have tried to run remote
desktop under XP on a virtual machine - no luck
