Default Route 0.0.0.0 - local connection only

Using Vista Ultimate, tried reinstalling about 3 times but problem
does not go away. tried Vista Ultimate 32 and 64 bit versions, both
behave the same.
Machine is dual boot Windows XP Pro and networking is fine on XP.

On LAN-1 I've got a Netgear cable router and LAN-2 Speedtouch ADSL
wireless router. All router assigned IPaddresses displays a 0.0.0.0
route when in Vista.
Both LAN and wireless gets an IP from router ok and LAN connections OK
I've disabled IPv6.
To get an internet connection on Vista PC I have to , from command
prompt: route delete 0.0.0.0 == remove and reconnect network cable.
Wait about 45 seconds and internet connection is back. However, after
restart I have to repeat.
I've created a batch file wich deletes the route, flushdns, release
and renew IP address after login but CMD prompt hangs after renewal.
So in the end I still have to physically remove and reconnect LAN
cable.

How do I remove the 0.0.0.0 so that I can have LAN connection when on
the username/password authentication screen ?

OS: Vista Ultimate
CPU : AM64 x3800 dual core
Ram: 3,2Gb
Motherboard: nForce4 based using Vista's inbuilt drivers.

Delete gateway using route command and then disable the IPv6. Or check this
search result for more options. Please post back with the result.
