tough mistake, I know in XP is can be complicated to fix the registry to
restore default values for exe files. Here we are only talking about Vista Windows Media Center. I took a look and help only showed the default file associations and did not say how to change or unchange. Have you tried disabling watching folders? To do so, got to tasks = settings = do not watch these folders. That may fix it for now. "Papov" wrote: By mistake,I associate executable files with windows media center. Now, every time I start a program,WMC starts. How can I restore this . Thanks. |
