I'd start with a fresh ATI Catalyst driver for that 9600 just for giggles.
The CPU's got plenty of horsepower, but I wouldn't recommend less than 1GB (despite the minimum requirements stated on the upcoming box). At start up, my Vista installs have been hovering between 400-600MB without any bells and whistles running. I've got a few sluggish issues on my latest iteration of RC2 when I installed over the top of RC1 (which was snappy). I played with some drivers and other easy fixes, but it looks like I'll haul off a clean installation for giggles. "Roy Coorne" wrote in message ...
