Default Start menu is slow

Hi,

Running Vista RC2 (build 5744).
When I click a 'folder' in the start menu, it takes a while before it
expands. Also, the CPU seems to be used heavily from the moment I click
the folder until it expands.
I already set "MenuShowDelay" to zero in the registry, but that did not
help.

Is there any way to speed up things in the start menu?

Regards,

Mark Veldhuis.

I really like the new Start menu!

I think it's absolutely awful.

I wish there was an option to have the old breakout cascading All Programs
menu.
