Okay, I can tell you what the problem is. 2 years too late, but still: you have a computer (probably from HP) that came with MCIR 109 keyboard driver installed. This driver screws with various key bindings. Uninstall it and your tilde will work. I just fixed my own problem with R:TW by doing it. -- InfinityBall |
