You don't click on a window. You release one the keys on the keyboard that
you use for flip 3D when the window you want is in view. I can't recall
exactly which one as I am not the Vista computer at the moment.

but the taskbar changing color is a nice side effect.
I'm sure when vista has been released to retail, there will more than
likely be themes available which will allow for a much higher level of
customisation.
