hmmm this is a first!

I tried googling that file name...that usuaully brings up a few things
but the only thing returned with a google search is your post here....

Congrats!

You have the most unique PC problem on the Planet!

So...now to find a solution.

There must have been a time when you were not getting this problem... I
suspect it's something you have installed/deleted...and then this
problem started.

When you can tell me the time this problem started and what you were
doing when it did ...maybe we can help you.

In the meantime I suggest trying to go back to a previous restore point
from a time everything was working fine.

When I Google for your error, the only link I get is to your question. You
will need to provide more details such as when you get the error, which
programs aren't working, what changed between the time things worked and
the time they didn't, some information about your computer, and what you've
already tried.

Here are some links that will help you write your next newsgroup post so we
can help you:

Arijit,

Do you have some sort of Atari game installed?
The reason I ask is from the file extension .PRG that leads to Infogrames
Entertainment SA and from there to Atari.
