Default Belkin N1 Vision cannot access the 192.168.2.1 setup page

Hi there,

Dell E520 plugged into a Belkin N1 Vision having just done a clean install I
now find I cannot access the 192.168.2.1 Belkin login and setup page.

I'm using Kaspersky AV7, firewall is off and I can surf the web just cannot
get to the login page, other computers around the house can so it has to be
something to do with this specific computer?

Any thoughts or ideas?

Many thanks, Tim.
