Hi, I keep getting a pop-up that says enter network password. I am not on a
network, but I am on a laptop that is wireless. I am not using the wireless to connect to the internet, but instead am connected directly. This pop up message is new, I have never seen it before...why now??? Thanks |

Hi
If the Wireless is On it might try to log to Wireless networks that are available around you. You can set your system to prefer the Wire, http://www.ezlan.net/metrics.html Or switch Off the wireless card (most new Laptops have a way to physically switch it Off, see the computer's manual).
