Reliability Monitor lower pane not working
Hello all. When I start Reliability Monitor I get a dialog box that reads: Windows Internet Explorer Internet Explorer cannot download . The system cannot find the file specified. and the lower pane of the Reliability Monitor reads: Navigation to the webpage was canceled What you can try: Retype the address.
