Let's start with a little information first. How are you trying to burn
your cd"s Ie: what software are you using? Is it just through windows?
What kind of CDs are you trying to burn, Music, Data, ISO?
When you insert in a normal CD/DVD Ie: one with music or data , can
you explore whats on it?
Have you checked your device manager to see if the device is flagged
Hope we can help, once we have some insight.
I would be lost without my burner!
