have windows vista home premium..was able to burn cd's but tried to recently
and a box above the place where you drag the titles, says connect a burner and restart..can anyone help? |

Let's start with a little information first. How are you trying to burn your cd"s Ie: what software are you using? Is it just through windows? What kind of CDs are you trying to burn, Music, Data, ISO? When you insert in a normal CD/DVD Ie: one with music or data , can you explore whats on it? Have you checked your device manager to see if the device is flagged Hope we can help, once we have some insight. I would be lost without my burner! -- dbknox |

my problem is resolved...contacted hp support online chat and they helped me

Im glad that someone else is having this problem. I am having the same

What did they tell you to do....havin the same darn problem went to control
