Default incorrect function

Since upgrading to SP1, I can't turn on file sharing, network discovery,
printer sharing, etc. Attempting to do so and pressing the Apply button
returns this error message.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

Never mind. A System Restore fixed whatever it was.
