Changeing mouse pointer in VISTA

Hello,
Can you please advise me how I can change the mouse pointer from a clear
pointer to a black pointer so it is easier to see in VISTA?
regards,
Walter

Select Control Panel from the Start menu. In Control Panel, select Mouse. In
the Mouse dialog, select the Pointers tab, then click the Browse button to
see a selection of cursors available. Among those listed, scroll down to
arrow_rl.cur. That's a large black arrow.
