Default How to share files on C drive

I am having issues sharing files located on the C drive of my host computer.
Both computers are running Vista Ultimate SP1. I have set up the sharing,
but I get access denied when I attempt to access the files. Any suggestions
on what I need to change to fix this?

Hi
Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,
http://www.ezlan.net/sharing.html
As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what it is
allowed to be shared.

Kevin,

The most likely cause is a personal firewall. What antivirus protection do you
use?

Beyond that, check sharing setup on both computers. Are you using Password
Protected Sharing Enabled, or Disabled?
