Default user accounts with different email accounts

I am not having any luck with trying to access one email account that is
setup up in one user account. It is the only email account setup up in that
account, but when I select my shortcut to email, I get the other user
account's email. Any suggestions, I am ready to pull my hair out. This was
no trouble on my other computer (XP) using outlook express.
