Scanner software cannot find driver
I have down loaded the driver for my Canon D1250U2 scanner which now resides
in my Downloads folder. When I try and install the associated software I am informed that the scanner driver(Twain driver) is not installed. Can you tell me where the software will be looking for it or how I can direct the software to it please. Regards John King

I had the same problem with a BenQ 640U. I tried to install it using the XP bottle that is under the Compatibility tab when you right click the app, but with no success. It may work for you.
