Default my computer freezes up

it frerezes up i tried system restore it is up to date and yet it freezes up
some times wint minutes of running.any help would be great

I'm sorry but this isn't enough information for us to help you. The problem
could be caused by bad hardware, overheating, bad drivers, bad software
running in the background - anything really. There is no way for us to tell
