Default UPnP doesn't work with Vista

Hi, here is my problem: UPnP doesn't work on my Vista (SP1) computer.
It's configured in the router (inventel v5.08), and UPnP is working on
another computer running Windows XP connected to this router. I
havediagoniste my connection using the Microsoft utility (http://
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/usi...d/results.mspx) and it fails
during the UPnP step.
I've tried the following:
- Windows Vista reinstall
- set the network in private mode and activate the Network discovery
- turned off the windows firewall (in domain, private and public
profiles)
- verified the UPnP services ("UPnP device host" & "SSDP discovery")
were activated
- use DHCP instead of fixed IP address
- look on the mother board (SUS P5B Deluxe) BIOS is there were some
kind of hardware firewall
But it still doesn't work.
I have also test my connection with the Intel tools (www.intel.com/
software/upnp) and the only thing Windows Vista can detect is its own
media player library.

Any ideas?

Well if vista Blocks UPnp for you, you could do a manual port forwading
on your firewall. Create a Allow Rule this should work fine. also check
to see whetere your router is not blocking anything.

Hope this helps

Cheers !!
