i messed something up last night. i accidentally changed something to make my program files open in windows media player. when i double click on a program from my desktop, windows media player comes up and gives me the "windows cannot play this file" message. how do i fix this? if i try to open anything, such as Firefox or paint, it tries to open in WMP. ![]() any help is greatly appreciated. -- austinzor |

Read up on "file associations" and/or "system restore". |
