How do you open ports? i download things and uTorrent says that i dont have
any ports open... I tried turning my firewall off and played with internet
settings and security. if anyone can help my email is

That is something to do with your router. Consult the manual which came
with the router how to open port.

Default How To Open Port

Hi
Ports per-se are always open and ready for action on any computer.
For security purpose Ports are blocked by Firewalls.
Typically it is the software Firewall on the computer, and the NAT Firewall
in a Cable/DSL Router (wired or wireless) that Block the ports.
The needed Ports have to be open in the Router toward the computer (goes by
IP number) that run the Application/Game.
If there is software Firewall on the computer that runs the Application/Game
the ports have to be opened through the computer's Firewall too. Since you
did not include any specific information about the OS and devices involved
No more info can be provided.
