Default Blue screen: win32k.sys

Hello!
I need help!
I don't know what's going on with my lap top! My lap have 3GB and lately
theres a blue screen that says page_fault... and that is a error of
win32k.sys!
Any ideas whats going on???!!

What are you doing when the crash happens? Have you installed or updated
any programs lately? Have you looked in the Event Viewer to see what the
system logged about the time of the crash? Do you know how to turn off the
automatic restart so you can take more time to read the information on the
blue screen?

You need to give the computer's make and model and how old it is.
