*Hi Can anyone please help? **I am by no means an expert on the Vista system, and am currently stumped by trying to remove (delete) an installed printer (HP1210 all in one). I have tried all usual channels but am still seeing printerand stating deleting! If I click on the printers properties it says that there is one job still to do, but it is impossible to cancel and/or remove this, thus no completion on deleting printer. **Thanks for all constructive help *-- STUMPS |

Check HP;s website under your exact model to see if they have an uninstall
utility that you can download and use. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging www.coribright.com/windows "STUMPS" wrote in message ... *Hi Can anyone please help? **I am by no means an expert on the Vista system, and am currently stumped by trying to remove (delete) an installed printer (HP1210 all in one). Thanks Cari, Managed to remove eventually but took a very long time. Unfortunately the printer is a bit old and HP didn't carry any links or uninstall devices on it at all. I appreciate your comments. Regards, Steve -- STUMPS |

Glad you and 'it' are OK, IMHO all AIO's should have an uninstall utility
available at the manufacturer's website! -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging www.coribright.com/windows "STUMPS" wrote in message ...
