Default temp folder

Hi am using mp navigator 3.03 latest drivers installed but when i scan
pictures into computer get message cannot create temporary folder check disk
space abortscanning have run disk cleanup but still get same message am
operating on vista service pack 1 any help in resolving issue would be
appreciated

Do you mean you are running HP Navigator?

And with which model of HP printer or scanner?

Are you logged on as Administrator?

yes am logged on as administrator yes am using hp navigator and printer i am
using is cannon mp600

Can you not use the Canon scanning application if you are using a Canon
MP600? If you have no HP printer, you should also uninstall Navigator.
