I have an HP 7410 AIO printer connected wirelessly to my Vista Ultimate
desktop. About every third week I come in a see all the printer lights flashing. When I go to Reliability and Performance Monitor I see svchost.exe_Net Driver HPZ12 has failed several times. I have the latest HP driver and patch (to keep it from rendomly uninstalling the printer). I also have the patch that a Microsoft MVP gave out on the forum to correct the duplexer from always printing upside down (seems like something HP might have fpound in QC of the software). Everything works great until this happens. HP has no clue so I thought I'd try here for a suggestion. |
