Since replacing my old Dell XP System with a Dell Vista Home Premium System,
my Dell 966 AIO prints documents in black as it always has, but envelopes always print in green. Any suggestions? I haven't been able to get an answer out of Dell. Thanx, Buddha |

I haven't been able to get an answer out of Dell. The color ink used isn't usually a function of the drivers. Have you looked at the printer settings in your application? |
