Default RPCping works, Outlook RPC over HTTP not, why ?

Dear all,

I'm running Vista and Office2007 both in the RTM version.
I'm not able to use the RPC over HTTP function that works fine using a XP
box with Office2003.
Using the KB831051 ( version 2.1 as of 15Nov 2006) , I can rpcping everything:

- RPC ProxyServer
- Store port
- Dsproxy port

Any idea on how I can debug any further this issue nad then fix it please ?

Regards,

Simone

Idecoded the SSL stuff and the error is :

h1You are not authorized to view this page/h1

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied.

h2HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid
credentials.brInternet Information Services (IIS)/h2

The different behavious between Outlook2003 and Outlook2007 is that the
first one is asking for credential to connect in RPC over HTTP(s) instead
Outlook2007 silently fails as shown in the above lines.

Any idea to fix this and force Outlook2007 to ask for credentials ?
