Hi all,
my Recycle Bin does not update its icon status, i.e. when I delete something I always have to press F5 to "refresh" the icons to get the correct icon of the "full" bin displayed; and when I empty the recycle bin, the same thing happens. What seems to be the problem here? Is there a icon cache file somewhere that I have to delete? -- Holger |

Right click the Command Prompt shortcut, 'run as administrator'
shutdown the Explorer process in Task Manager At the prompt, go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local atrib -h IconCache.db del IconCache.db start a new explorer.exe task -- click the Ratings button. Voting helps the web interface. http://www.microsoft.com/wn3/locales...help_en-us.htm see ''rate a post'' Mark L. Ferguson "Holger Metzger" wrote in message ...
