Default Windows - Drive Not Ready ??? Cmon vista...

Hello,

Ive looked all over trying to find a solution for this lame error
message. It first appeared when I plugged a Ipod into the usb port in
the front of my rig. It pops up at the beginning of startup and doesnt
close out/cancel/try again, it just keeps coming back. It says:

Windows - Drive Not Ready
Exception Processing Message 0xc00000a3 Parameters 0x000007FEFE0D7240
0xc0000000000000004 0x000007FEFE0D7240 0x000007FEFE0D7240

This seems to be the first time anyones brought it up in my experience
searching for help. I ran a microsoft one care complete virus scan - it
still came back.

You DO have all the pertinent Ipod software installed, right?

I have the same error since recently with Windows XP Pro, but no iPod
invlovled.
It occurs only during Windows start up. My PC has three SATA hard disks in
removable bays.
After clicking the error message away (Continue), the PC seems to function
normally and can access all three drives.
It think it'sjust an annoyance.
