Default Remote assistance

Help
I am trying to connect to Vista computers using Remote assistance both are
Toshibas both are using Windows One Care I can receive an invitation for help
but when I try to make a connection I get the same error message saying the
other computer closed Remote assistance. I have tried turning off the One
Care firewalls on both computers but it still will not connect. I have even
tried using Windows Messenger and it still will not work. Can anyone help?

Default Remote assistance

It may be the Windows Firewall blocking you. To address this go to:
Control Panel- Security Center-Firewall(in the left pane)-Firewall
Settings-Exceptions and check the Remote Assistance in the list.

To be safe, you can reverse the proces after you are done.
