Windows Mobile Device Center Calendar Sync Error
Hello,
I'm always having trouble with synchronizing my Calendar items. Everytime I try to select the Calendars to sync for more than the default 2 weeks I get an error dialog box saying: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Object reference not set to an instance of an object." When you click on details this shows: "See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DeviceCenter.CalendarSetti ngsControl.GetUserSetValues() at Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DeviceCenter.CalendarSetti ngsControl.OnOk(Object sender, OkClickedEventArgs e) at Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DeviceCenter.OkCancelContr ol.button1_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.OnMouseUp(MouseEventAr gs mevent) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmMouseUp(Message& m, MouseButtons button, Int32 clicks) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ButtonBase.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.O nMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.W ndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam) ************** Loaded Assemblies ************** mscorlib Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.112 (rtmLHS.050727-1100) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727/mscorlib.dll ---------------------------------------- Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DeviceManager Assembly Version: 6.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 6.0.6526.1 CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/WindowsMobile/Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DeviceManager.DLL ---------------------------------------- System Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.112 (rtmLHS.050727-1100) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System/2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.dll ---------------------------------------- Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Common Assembly Version: 6.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 6.0.6526.1 CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/WindowsMobile/Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Common.DLL ---------------------------------------- System.Windows.Forms Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.112 (rtmLHS.050727-1100) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Windows.Forms/2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.Windows.Forms.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Drawing Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.112 (rtmLHS.050727-1100) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Drawing/2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/System.Drawing.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Configuration Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.112 (rtmLHS.050727-1100) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Configuration/2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/System.Configuration.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Xml Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.112 (rtmLHS.050727-1100) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Xml/2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.Xml.dll ---------------------------------------- Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Rapi Assembly Version: 6.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 6.0.6526.1 CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/WindowsMobile/Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Rapi.DLL ---------------------------------------- Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DeviceCenter Assembly Version: 6.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 6.0.6526.1 CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/WindowsMobile/Microsoft.WindowsMobile.DeviceCenter.DLL ---------------------------------------- AnimationLibrary Assembly Version: 6.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 6.0.6526.1 CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/WindowsMobile/AnimationLibrary.DLL ---------------------------------------- Accessibility Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.112 (rtmLHS.050727-1100) CodeBase: file:///C:/Windows/assembly/GAC_MSIL/Accessibility/2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/Accessibility.dll ---------------------------------------- ************** JIT Debugging ************** To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. Has anyone else had this issue? Also it doesn't allow me to sync other applications that I could in Windows XP. I'm using Windows Vista RC1 Build 5600. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks. |
