I did a frequency test using -Intel® Processor Identification Utility- to my Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 2.5Gz Processor but I don't think the results were good . This could be due to a feature known as 'EIST' or 'Enhanced Intel Speedstep'. See the link below for further details and explanation.
