Hi all: I'm new to this forums I am running into problem where in coporate environment, we switch a print server to new 2003 server from 2000. We then rename most of the queue names of the printer, and update some of the print drivers. My problem is that when I try to uninstall the print drivers on Vista machine I cannot do so. I stop the spooler, goes into server property in printer windows, run as administrator, run as Domain Admin, still could not delete the driver. I know I can delete it from registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3\PRINTDRIVERNAME But is there any other way? we have 200 workstations, it would take me couple days to finish it. Thanks for any advise... TomP -- ctomjudo Posted via http://www.vistaheads.com |

Are you deleting the user connection before deleting the print driver?
