Printing, Faxing and Scanning with Vista A forum for using printers, scanners and fx with Windows Vista. (microsoft.public.windows.vista.print_fax_scan)

Now i can`t print in IE7.(iv`e NOT got AVG)

Default Now i can`t print in IE7.(iv`e NOT got AVG)

I have kaspersky 2009 installed so it is not just AVG causing this problem
for users,has any-one got to the bottom of this problem yet?

Until it's solved, try using Firefox (www.firefox.com) as your browser. I
haven't seen any problems involving this browser and printing issues.

Look for the updates in the IE7 newsgroup (forum) as well, they may be
posted there first.

Thanks for the reply,so what is it?Kaspersky,AVG,IE7 or vista?
i uninstalled kaspersky 2009 and the printing works perfect,reinstalled...no
good.

It's an issue between IE7 and various antivirus applications. I don't have
any problems (yet!) with NOD32 (www.eset.com). Since IE is developed
separately from Vista (it has a different team at Microsoft) it's not a
Vista issue. Since other applications print correctly, it's not a printing
issue (again, Printing and Imaging is a separate team!).
