Default File management over network cause 100% CPU

Whenever i move files from my Desktop PC (Vista Business 64) to my
Mediacenter (Vista 32 Ultimate) my desktop PC becomes almost unusable.
The CPU goes up to 100% (diffrent proccess like explorer.exe,
svhost.exe*32, dvm.exe) ..

It works much better to copy files the other way around thou ..

Is this common? Is it any driver i might have missed? Is it the 64
version that causing this? Anyone have any idea?

I run a Nforce4 based motherboard .. hmm .. i have a Asus router .. any
more info?
