Default Changing the size of a jpeg image for printing

I have been emailed a jpeg logo which opens in Windows Picture Gallery. I
need to print it but the image is huge and only a small bit will fit on to an
A4 or Letter size sheet. I have no idea how to change the image size and
would greatly appreciate some help.

open paint from your accessories folder....once open click file and
select open....which will open photo gallery for you to view...select
the image you want to resize and select open....once open in paint click
the image tab on top and select resize....you then will be given the
option to resize to your satisfaction.
