Default Keyboard second function problem

The secondary function for the "2" key and the quotation mark key have been
switched, so when i hold shift and press "2" it types a quotation mark and
when i hold shift and press the apostrophe key it types an @ symbol.

help. is there a way to switch them to normal.

You've got a laptop (yes?) and your FN keys are toggled on. Refer to your
laptop's manual or its tech support website to see how to toggle it back to
normal.
