I'm running Vista Home Basic. The main toolbar at the bottom of the screen
keeps locking up, I try to click on something, it won't work, then I get a message that Windows Explorer is Not Responding. I then click to restart it, it will work for a few seconds, then the whole process repeats. I have run a virus scan, done a disk cleanup and defraged it, to help. Is there anything I can do short of buying another computer, or totally reloading Vista? |
